How we eat
We share plates, compare notes, and argue (nicely) about what matters: flavor, texture, value, hospitality, and the vibe that makes you want to stay for one more round. We don’t “gotcha.” If a place misses, it’s always a quite pass.
What we don’t do
We don’t take payment for reviews. If we ever accept a comp or tasting menu, we’ll say so—loudly. Partnerships (when they happen) will be labeled, and editorial stays separate.
